Description:
Work with software development teams to understand product specifications, features, and functionality.
Analyze and identify suitable opportunities for test automation.
Develop automation components/modules using appropriate tools and programming languages.
Execute and manage automated test scripts/cases, logging and addressing identified issues.
Monitor automated tests and test results to identify and report on defects.
Integrate test automation with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery.
Be an active participant in program increment (PI) planning, supporting test automation solution planning and estimation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automated test engineer with programming skills in common languages, such as Java and Ruby.
Experience designing, creating, and executing automated tests via scripts using tools such as Selenium and Cucumber; knowledge of Cypress is a plus.
Experience in prioritizing test cases for critical features, creating test scenarios & execution plans, and documenting automated test processes.
Experience with the software development life cycle and automated testing.
Experience with API testing.
Clear understanding of QA Best Practices and familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®).
Must live in the Continental US.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Depending on the government agency, specific requirements may include residency, citizenship, Public Trust background checks, or security clearance.
Benefits:
Salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 a year.
