Remote Junior AI Engineer (UK - Remote)

Description:

• The Junior AI Engineer at Spotted Zebra will work on delivering innovative AI-driven features to address the global skills crisis by utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing techniques.
• Responsibilities include developing AI solutions, integrating models with existing systems, optimizing model performance, and ensuring AI solutions effectively solve client problems.
• The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing data, staying updated with AI research, driving product development, and leading quality assurance efforts.
• The Junior AI Engineer will report to the Lead AI Engineer and work closely with Full Stack Engineers, Product Managers, and Design teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into the platform.

Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

• Strong mathematical and statistical skills with a STEM background.
• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Understanding of prompt engineering techniques and frameworks, and basic knowledge of transformers and LLM architectures.
• Ideally, 1 year of industry experience and familiarity with tools like Google Colab, HuggingFace, LangChain, and PyTorch.
