Remote Junior Architect

Description:

• Canibuild is looking for a dedicated Mid-Senior Architect to lead and manage the design drafting team, ensuring services align with Australian and US standards.
• Responsibilities include working with builders in various build typologies across the US, Australia, and New Zealand, producing detailed construction drawings, managing the drafting team, collaborating with other teams, and making critical decisions to meet deadlines and stakeholder needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is a must.
• 2-4 years of experience in architectural practice with knowledge of building construction, design, and producing construction drawings.
• Proficiency in architectural tools like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp (knowledge of Rhino/Blender/3D rendering software is a plus).
• Familiarity with GLB models and AI rendering skills is appreciated.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, self-starter with high motivation, creative thinker with attention to detail, and a team player.
