The Junior Back End Engineer will work closely with the founders to build the product from scratch.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications, collaborating with product managers, and managing tech debt reduction.

Requirements:

Must have experience in building and maintaining complex back end applications.
Familiarity with high-quality code principles, continuous integration, and declarative/functional programming.
Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
Preferred experience with core stack technologies like Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and infrastructure tools like AWS and Terraform.
