Description:

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to shape the future of products and services.
Collaborate with commercial and product teams to create business reports highlighting actionable insights and opportunities.
Support the development of machine learning models to enhance app capabilities and user experience.
Assist in gathering and interpreting product requirements using data to scale and optimize the product.
Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and build tailored reporting solutions for decision-making.
Utilize data visualization tools to design intuitive dashboards for clear presentation of findings.

Requirements:

Preferably a background in engineering, data science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
Must be a hands-on problem solver with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong command of Excel for data organization and reporting.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithms.
Solid understanding of business analytics and its influence on strategic decisions.
Expertise in dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
