Description:

Jobgether is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support ongoing data initiatives in Poland.
The role involves maintaining and enhancing existing analytics reports and dashboards.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to analyze site functionality and recommend improvements.
The position requires using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to extract and interpret data, optimize reporting processes, and visualize meaningful insights.

Key accountabilities include maintaining and developing analytics reports and dashboards, building data aggregation tables, optimizing dashboard performance, and communicating findings clearly across teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a data or web analyst.
A basic knowledge of Tableau and/or other BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense is required.
Practical experience with SQL for a minimum of 1 year is necessary.
Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting are essential.
An understanding of probability theory and statistics is required.
English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher is mandatory.
