Requirements:

Candidates should have a background in data science, mathematics, actuarial science, or engineering.
Knowledge in advanced statistics, data sciences, coding/scripting languages (such as Python and JavaScript), and databases (like SQL) is required.
Strong skills in data analytics and visualization tools (such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Apache Superset) are necessary.
The ability to translate business questions into key research objectives and identify the best methodologies for research execution is essential.
Excellent writing and communication skills are required, along with a willingness to challenge the status quo and resilience in facing challenges.
