• Blue Coding is seeking a Junior Data Engineer to work remotely with one of their US clients in the life insurance industry.
• The role involves developing and maintaining systems in enterprise data and analytics environments.
• Responsibilities include optimizing performance, building decision-making tools, and collaborating with various teams to deliver data solutions for reporting and analytics.
• The position offers full flexibility to work remotely from any listed country, as long as the work is completed effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required.
• Experience working with data environments in an engineering or technical capacity.
• Familiarity with structured (SQL) and/or unstructured (NoSQL) data approaches.
• Knowledge of data visualization principles, especially with PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience with cloud-native AWS platform technologies for data ingestion.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to enhance data engineering knowledge.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Ambitious and collaborative team player.
