Remote Junior Front End Engineer

Description:

• minware is seeking a Junior Front End Engineer to work directly with the founders in building the product from scratch.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining front-end software to enhance scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Responsibilities include developing UX/UI components for customer-facing applications, collaborating with product managers and customers to define capabilities, performing code reviews and unit testing, and managing tech debt reduction.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have experience independently executing complex projects and building scalable, maintainable software.
• Familiarity with high-quality code principles, continuous integration, declarative and functional programming is required.
• Strong communication skills are needed for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS, and experience with the core stack (Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React) or similar technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of agile or lean planning and project management processes is essential.
