minware is seeking a Junior Front End Engineer to work directly with the founders in building the product from scratch.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining front-end software to enhance scalability, performance, and user experience.
Responsibilities include developing UX/UI components for customer-facing applications, collaborating with product managers and customers to define capabilities, performing code reviews and unit testing, and managing tech debt reduction.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have experience independently executing complex projects and building scalable, maintainable software.
Familiarity with high-quality code principles, continuous integration, declarative and functional programming is required.
Strong communication skills are needed for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS, and experience with the core stack (Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React) or similar technologies is preferred.
Knowledge of agile or lean planning and project management processes is essential.
