Description:

minware is seeking a Junior Front End Engineer to work directly with the founders in building the product from scratch.
The role involves developing UX/UI components for customer-facing applications to improve scalability, performance, and user experience.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and customers to define minware's capabilities, conducting code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to uphold code quality standards, and managing tech debt reduction and internal efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

Familiarity with high-quality code principles, such as continuous integration, declarative and functional programming.
Strong communication skills for engaging with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
Experience with Figma, HTML, CSS, and preferably with the core stack (Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React) or similar technologies.
