Remote Junior Frontend Software Engineer

Description:

• Employment Hero is seeking a Junior Frontend Software Engineer to join their ambitious team focused on making employment easier and more valuable for everyone.
• The role involves developing product features, collaborating with colleagues in design, product, and engineering, writing automated tests, and working with technologies like Ruby on Rails and ReactJS.
• Responsibilities include developing new product lines, participating in sprint planning, mentoring junior developers, enhancing legacy features, and working on a diverse range of products and features.

Requirements:

• Experience in Frontend software development, CI/CD, web application performance tuning, ReactJS/Redux applications, and a deep understanding of Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS/Redux, and building tools like Webpack, Rollup, ViteJS.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written).
• Demonstrated experience in implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies.
• Understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology.
• Ability to work well in a team, adapt to various tasks, and have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
• Experience in translating design wireframes into functioning UI components.
