Description:

Hypemasters is a fast-growing game development company creating innovative mobile and PC games, driven by creativity and engaging gameplay.
The company is looking for a Junior Game Designer to join their team and contribute to the creation of immersive gaming experiences.
As a Junior Game Designer, you will work closely with experienced designers, artists, and engineers to develop and refine game mechanics, systems, and features.
This role requires a mix of creativity, problem-solving, and a solid understanding of game design principles.
Responsibilities include assisting in designing and developing new game mechanics, systems, and features, creating and maintaining detailed game design documents and user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring game features to life.
You will also playtest and iterate on existing features to improve player experience and game KPIs, conduct research and analyze player behavior to support design decisions, assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI/UX layouts, and participate in usability testing to gather player feedback for iteration.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in game design within the mobile gaming industry is required.
A strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player engagement is essential.
Proficiency with game design tools and Unity is necessary.
A basic understanding of analytics and data-driven design is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are important.
The ability to collaborate effectively within a team and take feedback constructively is essential.
