Description:
The Junior HR Administrator will be responsible for processing CVs, conducting candidate outreach, managing the applicant tracking system, providing administrative support, fostering collaboration and communication, data management, process improvement, and supporting employer branding efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration with knowledge of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications are a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work well in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with ATS and database management, and fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
