Description:
Assist with recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Support onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries.
Requirements:
Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
Strong coordination and collaboration skills with other HR departments.
Ability to support C-Level executives.
Collaborate on projects like employee engagement and performance management.
Coordinate with off-counsel court appearances.
Register office guests with Front Office.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice to have: Experience in using HRIS.
