Description:
Twine is seeking a Junior Illustrator to assist in testing and refining AI models for media production, storytelling, and visual development.
The role involves data entry, creating questions, and providing answers relevant to the illustrator's field of expertise.
The project is live, and the company is looking to hire someone as soon as possible to complete the work before the Christmas period.
The position requires a commitment of 18.5 hours of work, with a minimum expectation of 6 hours a day from the onboarding date.
The estimated rate for this role is $481, based on task completion, but these figures are not guaranteed.
Requirements:
Candidates should have entry-level experience in creating designs for characters, environments, or story worlds.
Familiarity with translating creative briefs or abstract ideas into sketches, mood boards, or basic illustrations is required.
Exposure to collaborative work on small projects in film, animation, video games, or publishing is necessary.
A basic understanding of storytelling through visual elements such as composition, color theory, and mood-setting is essential.
Proficiency with beginner-friendly digital illustration tools like Photoshop, Procreate, or Krita is required.
The ability to create rough sketches and refine them into polished designs with guidance is necessary.
Exposure to 3D tools like Blender or Maya is a bonus but not mandatory.
A strong interest in developing imaginative designs and visual concepts is important.
Candidates should be willing to experiment with different styles, from stylized to realistic.
