Description:
Pion is seeking a passionate Junior iOS Engineer to join their Software Development team as part of their growth plans.
The role involves working within a cross-functional squad in an Agile environment to deliver products and features for the Student Beans app.
Responsibilities include participating in squad stand-ups and ceremonies, collaborating with team members, conducting code reviews, and turning requirements into functional code.
The engineer will write tests to ensure code reliability, raise issues to the wider Guild, and communicate proactively with the squad.
The position requires prioritizing workload in alignment with business and squad goals and contributing new ideas and technologies during Guild meetings.
Requirements:
Candidates must have current experience coding in SwiftUI or Swift.
Experience with unit testing is required.
A passion for iOS development and an interest in keeping up with the latest technologies is essential.
A positive attitude towards working in a cross-functional squad within an Agile environment is necessary.
Experience with continuous integration is beneficial but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Graph QL is helpful but not essential.
Experience with Viper or MVVM architecture is preferred.
