The Junior Marketing Data Analyst will work closely with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and develop actionable insights.
This role requires strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities include influencing business decisions through data and analytics, collaborating with various teams, and effectively communicating complex analysis results.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of data analytics experience, preferably with a focus on marketing, ecommerce, or customer analytics.
Proficiency in Python and SQL is required; experience with R is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud tools like Google BigQuery and an understanding of Customer Data platforms is necessary.
Knowledge of data visualization tools, particularly Looker Data Studio, is a must.
An understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, Google Ads) and key performance indicators (CVR, CPC) is important.
Knowledge of A/B and statistical testing is an added advantage.
Understanding marketing attribution frameworks (First click vs Last click) and marketing funnels is appreciated.
Familiarity with incrementality testing and Market Mix Models is a significant plus.

The base salary range is flexible depending on the candidate's background and experience.
