Remote Junior Master Data Governance Architect

Description:

• cBEYONData is seeking a Junior Master Data Governance Architect to join their team in support of a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a Federal customer.
• The role focuses on master data transformation, leveraging subject matter experts to transform data requirements, and supporting and enforcing master data standards and governance processes.
• The Junior MDG Architect will support the Data Management Workstream Lead and Senior Master Data Governance Architect in coordinating data governance activities across functional teams and with the PMO/System Integrator.
• Responsibilities include supporting and contributing to source to target mapping, profiling processes, and building data profiling rules based on collected business rules.
• The candidate should be familiar with Master Data Management (MDM) to support the implementation and optimization of MDM solutions, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
• The role requires familiarity with data modeling and the ability to read and understand data models to validate business data requirements.
• The Junior MDG Architect will also support the Senior Master Data Governance Architect in developing and maintaining comprehensive master data documentation and providing training to program teams on completed work and architecture best practices.

Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret security clearance is required for this position.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is necessary.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to work with diverse teams and influence senior management.
• The candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment is necessary.
• Experience supporting large-scale government ERP implementations, such as SAP, Oracle, and/or PeopleSoft, is required.
• Experience supporting DoD clients, preferably the Army, is necessary.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA MDG solutions are required.
