Description:

  • Keyloop bridges the gap between dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers, and car buyers, empowering car dealers and manufacturers to embrace digital transformation.
  • The Junior OEM Technical Solution Architect will be accountable for identifying optimal technical solutions to business needs defined by business architects.
  • This role involves working through discovery, build, and delivery phases to refine approaches that meet customer needs while ensuring supportability, scalability, and commercial value for Keyloop.
  • The architect will collaborate with the wider Keyloop team, including Brand Directors, Business Architects, and Programme Management, acting as a technical solutions expert.
  • Direct collaboration with Business Units, IT departments, and third-party partners of Keyloop’s OEM customers will be required during discovery workshops, specification responses, and development reviews.
  • The role includes identifying recurring requirements and patterns that can be addressed by common platform services.
  • Architectural documentation must be produced to clearly articulate approaches to multiple stakeholders.
  • The architect will work with engineering teams to refine requirements and provide accurate development plans and estimations.
  • Acting as a key stakeholder throughout the product lifecycle, the architect will support engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and facilitate regular sessions with customers.
  • Continuous improvement in working practices and technology usage will be promoted.
  • The architect will champion Keyloop’s capabilities to a broad range of OEM contacts beyond current engagements.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Automotive IT landscape, including OEM systems and Keyloop’s product offerings, is essential.
  • Close collaboration with Functional Management will ensure alignment of strategy and operations.
  • The architect should be inquisitive about Keyloop’s DMS capabilities and understand how solutions will interact with them.
  • Knowledge of other available solutions in the marketplace and their value propositions is necessary.
  • The architect will develop and maintain an understanding of the OEM landscapes surrounding Keyloop.

Requirements:

  • Candidates do not need academic qualifications; experience and potential are prioritized over credentials.
  • A strong understanding of technical solutions and the ability to identify optimal approaches for business needs is required.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders, including Brand Directors, Business Architects, and Programme Management.
  • Experience in conducting discovery workshops and collaborating with IT departments and third-party partners is essential.
  • Ability to produce clear architectural documentation for multiple stakeholders is necessary.
  • Experience in working with engineering teams to refine requirements and provide development plans is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills throughout the product lifecycle, including supporting engineering teams and conducting code reviews, are essential.
  • A proactive approach to identifying improvements in working practices and technology usage is required.
  • A broad understanding of the Automotive IT landscape, including OEM systems and Keyloop’s product offerings, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with DMS capabilities and how they interact with other solutions is important.
  • Knowledge of the marketplace and available solutions, along with their value propositions, is required.
