Description:
We invite a motivated Junior Performance Test Engineer to join our new QA team.
In this role, you will work closely with a group of talented test engineers to design, run, and analyze tests.
You will ensure our client’s POS software meets the highest standards for performance and scalability.
The client is a leading payment processing solution provider, serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses.
You will conduct performance and load tests on the client’s POS system, mobile, and cloud applications.
You will track and analyze performance metrics to identify issues.
You will collaborate with the team to fix performance problems.
You will assist in creating and maintaining testing frameworks.
You will troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements.
You will report on test results.
Requirements:
You must have basic experience with performance testing.
Familiarity with tools like JMeter, K6, or Gatling is required.
A desire to learn and work with JavaScript is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Good communication and collaboration skills are required.
An upper-intermediate English level is necessary.
Experience with mobile testing is desirable.
Hands-on experience with any programming language is a plus.
Database knowledge and working experience are also desirable.
