Description:

• We invite a motivated Junior Performance Test Engineer to join our new QA team.
• In this role, you will work closely with a group of talented test engineers to design, run, and analyze tests.
• You will ensure our client’s POS software meets the highest standards for performance and scalability.
• The client is a leading payment processing solution provider, serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses.
• You will conduct performance and load tests on the client’s POS system, mobile, and cloud applications.
• You will track and analyze performance metrics to identify issues.
• You will collaborate with the team to fix performance problems.
• You will assist in creating and maintaining testing frameworks.
• You will troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements.
• You will report on test results.

Requirements:

• You must have basic experience with performance testing.
• Familiarity with tools like JMeter, K6, or Gatling is required.
• A desire to learn and work with JavaScript is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Good communication and collaboration skills are required.
• An upper-intermediate English level is necessary.
• Experience with mobile testing is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with any programming language is a plus.
• Database knowledge and working experience are also desirable.
