Description:
The Junior Power BI Analyst position is a remote contract role focused on transforming data into actionable insights.
The role involves designing dashboards in Microsoft Power BI and building business intelligence reports according to organizational needs.
Responsibilities include cleaning and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, as well as reviewing data for inconsistencies or anomalies.
The analyst will maintain dashboards to identify reporting issues or gaps and drive timely resolution.
Preparing clear and concise reports is a key responsibility of this position.
The role also includes the development, optimization, and support of existing analytical reports.

Requirements:
Candidates must have strong data visualization experience, particularly with Power BI or similar tools, and possess excellent presentation skills.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and dashboard creation, is required.
The ability to work with large volumes of data and extrapolate conclusions from various data sources, both quantitative and qualitative, is necessary.
Strong knowledge of DAX and SQL is required, and familiarity with Python will be considered an advantage.
Candidates must have English proficiency at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.
