Description:
MentorMate is seeking a Junior Python/Django Developer to join an innovative project for a leading global tire manufacturer.
The role involves developing and maintaining software solutions across all stages of the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable and efficient back-end systems, collaborating with front-end developers, optimizing database performance, debugging complex technical issues, and writing clean, maintainable code.
The developer will participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Git, HTTP communication, PostgreSQL, and Docker is required.
Experience with Celery, Kafka, and AWS services (S3, SQS, MSK, ECS, RDS) is preferred.
Candidates should have experience interacting with APIs and integrating external services.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer and business needs are essential.
Familiarity with server, network, and hosting environments, as well as relational and non-relational databases, is necessary.
Awareness of security concerns in software development and the ability to meet tight deadlines are important.
A willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies is expected.
