Remote Junior Software Developer

Description:

• We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our team and help create high-quality, scalable applications.
• You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient code and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Your contributions will help in the development of features that meet customer needs.
• In this role, you will work with the team to design, implement, and test features.
• You will assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing applications.
• Participation in code reviews will be expected to learn best practices and contribute to the team’s code quality.
• You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements.

Requirements:

• A basic understanding of software development principles is required.
• Familiarity with Grails, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Python, AngularJS, Cordova, and RESTful APIs is necessary.
• You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Candidates must be located in Canada.
