The Software Engineer will join the User Engagement team to develop and improve features for the marketplace app.
The User Engagement team focuses on streamlining the sign-up and onboarding experience for Nursa users.
Responsibilities include ensuring facilities can post shifts quickly and clinicians can build their profiles efficiently.
The team also oversees compliance workflows such as license verification and credential validation.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in building and scaling consumer-facing applications is required.
Experience with Node.js and working within a compliance framework is preferred.
Proficiency in Git source control and familiarity with cloud-based Git providers like GitHub and GitLab is necessary.
The candidate should be a self-starter who identifies problems and proposes solutions.
Understanding of object-oriented programming paradigms is essential.
Experience in cloud infrastructure development, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is a plus.
The candidate should demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
Experience in the healthcare sector or a two-sided marketplace is advantageous.
