The Software Engineer will join the User Engagement team to develop and improve features for the marketplace app.
The User Engagement team focuses on streamlining the sign-up and onboarding experience for Nursa users.
Responsibilities include ensuring facilities can post shifts quickly and clinicians can build their profiles efficiently.
The team also oversees compliance workflows, including license verification and credential validation.

Candidates must have 2+ years of relevant experience in building and scaling consumer-facing applications.
Experience with Node.js and working within a compliance framework is preferred.
Proficiency in Git source control and familiarity with cloud-based Git providers like GitHub and GitLab is required.
Candidates should be self-starters who can identify problems and propose solutions.
An understanding of object-oriented programming paradigms is necessary.
Experience in cloud infrastructure development, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is a plus.
Creative problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking are essential.
Experience in the healthcare sector or a two-sided marketplace is advantageous.
