Description:

  • As a Junior Frontend Developer at Blacklane, you will be part of an agile, cross-functional team that builds internal web applications to streamline operations and empower colleagues.
  • You will develop internal tools that enable employees to work more efficiently.
  • You will collaborate across teams, partnering with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive solutions.
  • You will be responsible for debugging and troubleshooting issues independently while knowing when to ask for guidance.
  • You will embrace a learning mindset, continuously exploring new technologies and best practices to refine internal tools.

Requirements:

  • You must have hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, whether through internships, personal projects, or at least 1+ year of professional work.
  • You should be proactive and curious, taking initiative and being eager to learn.
  • You need to excel at understanding user needs and translating them into effective UI components as an analytical thinker.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative nature are essential to work well across departments.
  • You should be passionate about building internal tools that directly influence business operations.
