• As a Team Lead in the Professional Services team, you will lead a team of Research Associates and collaborate with U.S. policy consultants and other team members.
• Your primary responsibility will be to ensure clients receive timely and accurate information about legislative and regulatory issues that impact their businesses.
• You will provide guidance and support to your team, fostering their professional growth and helping them deliver high-quality work.
• Additionally, you will independently review and analyze qualitative information and policy for clients.
• The Professional Services team is committed to helping clients achieve more through better information and analysis, taking on projects that provide support and insight.
• The team works with Business Development and Account Management to create tailored reports and research that complement the product suite.

Requirements:

• A strong interest in the intersection of politics, policy, and technology is essential.
• You must have a fast learning ability and adaptability to new tools and technologies.
• Excellent independent research skills are required.
• You should be able to understand, analyze, and summarize complex issues concisely and in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in synthesizing large volumes of qualitative data is necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional organizational abilities, are required.
• You must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• A Bachelor's degree in international affairs or a related discipline is required.
• The Legislative Assistants to Members of Parliament (LAMP) Fellowship is highly preferred.
