Description:

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a talented Junior/Mid-Level .NET Developer to join their team remotely.
The role involves developing innovative robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline government processes.
Key responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath, writing and optimizing C#/.NET code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
The developer will ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, troubleshoot existing automations, maintain technical documentation, and assist in deploying RPA bots in production environments.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in .NET development, preferably with C#.
Hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development is required.
Knowledge of SQL databases, REST APIs, and web services is necessary.
Experience with debugging and troubleshooting automation workflows is essential.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is expected.
Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and suggest automation improvements are required.
The ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code is a must.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.
