Description:
Join a highly motivated cross-functional team focused on expanding the broker business.
Contribute to building and running one of the fastest growing neo-brokers in Europe.
Work with cutting-edge technology and engage in modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration and deployment, test automation, and cloud-based infrastructure and tooling.
Requirements:
A university degree in a relevant field of study, such as computer science, engineering, or sciences, or a comparable qualification is required.
Exposure to or interest in the tech stack, which includes Kotlin, Java, GraphQL, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, and Terraform, is necessary.
Previous experience with GDPR compliance and security topics is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical thinking skills are required, applicable to both technical and product domains.
Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards various audiences, including engineering, product, and other stakeholders, are essential.
A passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code is expected.
Experience with domain-driven design, distributed architectures, and/or microservices is a plus.
A background in financial services is considered a strong advantage.
