Kiratech is seeking an L2 Cloud Native Support Engineer for its Managed Services Team.
The role involves supporting the management and evolution of Kiratech's monitoring systems, including the definition and implementation of automated event response systems.
A key part of the role will be providing second-level (L2) technical support during office hours and on-call shifts for Kiratech clients, participating in troubleshooting and incident management for Cloud Native technology perimeters.
The outcome of these activities will include proposing and potentially implementing optimizations to ensure continuous service improvement for clients.
Requirements:
Candidates must have Linux system skills, ideally with at least one related certification, such as LPIC or RHCE.
Knowledge of at least one scripting language, such as Python, Golang, or Bash, is required.
A minimum of one year of experience in troubleshooting/incident management, preferably in a 24x7 environment, is necessary.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience with containerization tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Podman.
Good proficiency in major infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform or Ansible, is required.
Native Italian language skills and a good professional knowledge of English are mandatory.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration methodologies (CI/CD), Cloud Native networking, Cloud Native storage, monitoring tools, and Secret Management tools.
Experience with major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google) and knowledge of Service Management processes (ITIL) are advantageous.
Certifications or demonstrable experience in Cloud Provider certifications and Kubernetes certifications are preferred.
