Description:
Provide L2 technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in a project specializing in derivatives and capital markets risk management.
Develop and maintain backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB.
Gather data to ensure the required technical information is collected to resolve complex tickets.
Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Maintain working knowledge of the client’s products and services.
Communicate with developers and other IT departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB.
Good understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure, load balancers, queues, and clustering.
Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and caring attitude with a can-do approach.
Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
