Description:

  • Provide L2 technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in a project specializing in derivatives and capital markets risk management.
  • Develop and maintain backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB.
  • Gather data to ensure the required technical information is collected to resolve complex tickets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the client’s products and services.
  • Communicate with developers and other IT departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB.
  • Good understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure, load balancers, queues, and clustering.
  • Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and caring attitude with a can-do approach.
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
