Description:
Provide L2 technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to derivatives and capital markets risk management
Develop and maintain backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB
Gather data to ensure all necessary technical information is collected to resolve complex tickets
Maintain working knowledge of the client’s products and services
Communicate with developers and other IT departments to troubleshoot technical issues
Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction
Securely handle customers' sensitive information
Stay updated with cutting-edge technology
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
2+ years of experience in back-end software development
Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB
Good understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure, load balancers, queues, and clustering
Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and caring attitude with a can-do approach
Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Will be a great plus:
Experience with Kafka, Groovy, and container environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)
Knowledge of performance tuning techniques
Understanding of financial sector derivatives
