Remote LatAm Full Stack Developer

Description:

• The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing a clinical data platform for visualizing and managing brain data.
• They will design and build intuitive web interfaces to interact with Python data-processing pipelines.
• The developer will create and integrate visualization tools for complex brain data.
• Ensuring software compatibility with neuroimaging and medical data standards (e.g. BIDS, NIfTI) will be part of their responsibilities.
• Contributing to the development of a patient registry, focusing on data collection, organization, and accessibility.
• Collaborating with the internal technical team to implement software solutions with an open-source and community-driven ethos.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills are a must.
• A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of work experience or a Master's degree with 3 years in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development and data visualization.
• Extensive frontend experience with JavaScript, Vue.js, and Plotly.js.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, Redis) and data management practices.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., DVC, Dagster, Kedro, Hydra) and cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with provisioning software (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Ansible) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
