Remote (LatAm) Full Stack Developer

Description:

• The Full Stack Developer position is for a remote role based in Colombia.
• The working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM EST or CT.
• The salary range for this position is between 2,500 to 4,000 USD.
• The type of contract offered is an independent contractor.
• The ideal candidate should have a proficiency in Next.js or Node.js for backend development and strong skills in React for frontend development.
• The role involves backend and frontend development, utilizing expertise in Next.js or Node.js and React.
• Familiarity with FlutterFlow, a low-code platform, is considered advantageous.
• Duties include backend development, frontend development, full stack development, low-code platform integration, website development, technical leadership, problem-solving, optimization, and collaborative engagement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Next.js or Node.js for backend development.
• 3-5 years of experience in the field.
• Strong skills in React for frontend development.
• Experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Familiarity with FlutterFlow or other low-code platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in real estate is preferred.
