Description:
The position is for a Principal Software Engineer specializing in React and Node, working remotely from locations in Mexico.
The role involves leading development teams to ensure sprint commitments are met.

The engineer will conduct technical reviews, address performance issues, and improve delivery processes.

Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in building user interfaces, data-driven REST APIs, and administering databases/cloud/servers.
A minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience in relevant technologies, including value engineering, system architecture, and technical leadership in DevOps and cloud-based deployment is required.
Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and Angular is essential, along with experience in building scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
Experience in presenting to client stakeholders and articulating the business outcomes of development projects is necessary.
Candidates should have mentorship experience, including coaching and conducting structured code reviews.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
