Description:

Halo Media is seeking a highly skilled Ruby on Rails Engineer to join their dynamic team.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
The engineer will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Conducting automated testing using RSpec and Capybara is part of the job.
Collaboration with design, product, and QA teams is essential to ensure high-quality project delivery.
The engineer will also troubleshoot and enhance application performance.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience with Ruby on Rails, with a minimum of 3 years.
A strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React or Vue.js is a plus) is required.
Experience with version control systems like Git is necessary.
Familiarity with continuous deployment tools such as Heroku, AWS, and Docker is a plus.
The ability to work in a team and adapt to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
