Remote Lead AI Engineer

• Cast & Crew is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to revolutionize the entertainment industry's back-office processes with AI-driven solutions.
• The role involves harnessing machine learning to deliver personalized, real-time customer experiences.
• The Lead AI Engineer will integrate transformative AI technologies to reshape client and business partner support.
• Responsibilities include engaging with diverse teams to design and implement AI solutions, leading the development of advanced AI components, and ensuring rigorous model evaluation and governance.
• The position requires expertise in AI technologies and tools, including AWS AI Services, VectorDBs, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• The engineer will develop and deploy generative AI models and research optimization methodologies to enhance AI system performance.
• The role also involves shaping the technical vision for foundational AI systems and analyzing complex datasets for actionable insights.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in deploying scalable AI solutions across cloud platforms is necessary.
• Proficiency in designing and supporting AI services that align with industry best practices is essential.
• Experience in creating generative AI models using TensorFlow or PyTorch is required, along with knowledge of prompt engineering and model conditioning.
• Candidates must have experience in developing AI algorithms using programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang.
• A strong understanding of optimizing training and inference software for AI operations is needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
• A passion for staying informed about AI trends and advancements is required.
