Description:

Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML data scientists to drive innovation and execution in AI/ML projects.
Plan and execute AI/ML projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Develop and implement advanced AI and ML models using techniques like supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
Identify and engineer relevant features from raw data to enhance model performance and accuracy.
Evaluate and validate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques for robustness and reliability.
Optimize model hyperparameters and configurations to maximize performance.
Deploy AI and ML models into production environments for real-time inference and decision-making.
Monitor and maintain deployed models, implementing systems for proactive issue detection and mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions meeting customer requirements.
Stay updated on the latest AI and ML advancements to enhance model capabilities.

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. PhD is a plus.
7+ years of experience in data science, focusing on AI and ML techniques.
Leadership experience with the ability to lead and mentor data science teams.
Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas.
Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
Experience in feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
Familiarity with machine learning deployment and productionization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
