• The Lead Analytics Engineer will develop a secure, scalable data warehousing platform using tools like AWS Redshift, DBT, Fivetran, Kafka, and AWS Glue.
• Collaborate with teams to define technical roadmap, strategy, and architecture for analytics and reporting.
• Solve open-ended problems for internal and external customers, sharing data and analytics knowledge.
• Mentor and support other engineers while fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in data analytics, data engineering, and data warehousing in a cloud software context.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and lead through influence.
