Description:
Develop and maintain core data models for Analytics, Data Science, and Machine Learning use cases.
Orchestrate data models efficiently to ensure accuracy, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
Manage relationships with technology partners to maintain accurate data warehouse.
Utilize business acumen and analytical skills to identify and resolve system issues.
Understand business operations and systems to enhance member experience.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills to interact with non-data stakeholders effectively.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Knowledge of customer data privacy and technology automation.
Resourceful, creative, and able to work independently in small teams.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data problem-solving.
Experience with cloud environments like BigQuery or Snowflake.
Ability to monitor and manage projects and budgets on GCP or AWS.
Advanced knowledge of SQL template engines like dbt and Airflow.
Familiarity with distributed data systems and machine learning frameworks.
Collaboration experience with Analysts, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers.
Understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics workflows.
