Remote Lead Application Engineer, P2P

Description:

• Twilio is seeking a Lead Application Engineer, P2P to join their team remotely in India.
• The ideal candidate should have a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and be team-oriented.
• Responsibilities include serving as the Global Oracle SME for the Source to Pay area, acting as a solution architect, mentoring junior team members, and cultivating strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
• The role involves working with globally dispersed IT teams and senior business leadership predominantly based in the U.S.
• The candidate will be expected to design, build, test, and deploy tech solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud for global projects.
• This position requires working with various SaaS enterprise-level S2P systems and driving automation and innovation to improve the S2P function at Twilio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS platform and related technologies.
• 5+ years of experience and an in-depth understanding of S2P processes in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Proficiency in process and solution engineering, managing multiple projects, and integrations.
• Experience working with a distributed team across time zones and comfortable working in the second shift.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and teamwork-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 3 End-to-End Implementation projects in Oracle ERP.
