They are seeking a skilled Lead Back End Python Developer to join their growing team.
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of talented developers, leads, and architects to tackle complex problems for clients.
You will promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices and ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards.
Responsibilities include writing clean, tested, reusable, and efficient code, staying up to date on industry trends, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of professional programming experience.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Python, focusing on web and API development, is required.
Strong hands-on experience with designing, developing, and consuming APIs is necessary.
Experience with JavaScript, preferably React, is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile development processes, coding standards, and version control systems is essential.
Candidates should have experience in scalable website and web application development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly are required.
Cloud platform experience, especially with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a 2- or 4-year degree in CS/Engineering, be a bootcamp graduate, or be self-taught with practical experience.

The salary range for this position is $118,000 - $158,000 a year, with individual pay determined by experience, education, and organizational needs.
