• 6-10 years of backend development experience with leadership exposure and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, React.js, and experience with Mongo/Mongoose for data management.
• Familiarity with CRM integration, OAuth solutions, and GCP debugging and configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on refining solutions based on customer feedback.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
