We are looking for a self-driven Senior Backend Engineer who is passionate about building the future of AI-powered applications.
You will play a pivotal role in architecting, optimizing, and scaling robust backend systems, with a particular focus on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into our platform.
This is a remote-first opportunity to collaborate with a globally distributed and high-caliber team, offering flexibility and direct mentorship from the founding team.
The salary range for this position is Rs 4000000 - Rs 6000000 (INR 40-60 LPA) and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar backend-focused role is required.
Strong expertise in Flask and PostgreSQL is necessary.
Practical experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS is essential.
Experience with LLMs or AI/ML applications (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face APIs) is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with pandas for data processing and analysis is required.
Hands-on experience in RESTful and GraphQL API development is necessary.
A solid understanding of backend scalability, performance, and security best practices is essential.
Familiarity with React and TypeScript is a bonus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
A self-starter attitude and comfort working independently in a remote-first team are necessary.
