Description:

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Lead Cloud Developer to join their team on a contract basis.
The position involves developing complex Cloud AWS serverless applications as part of an experienced team of Cloud developers, platform engineers, and data engineers.
The role is remote and available for individuals based in the EU or Brazil.
The selected candidate will work on a large-scale Generative AI project and will be part of small autonomous squads within a larger program.
Continuous learning and sharing of new technologies is encouraged within the team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience developing complex cloud-native serverless applications.
Proficiency with AWS Serverless products, including AWS S3 and DynamoDB, is required.
Strong experience in TypeScript is essential.
Candidates should have experience building solutions with a focus on data and security considerations.
An understanding of DevOps principles is necessary.
Familiarity with an Infrastructure-as-Code language, such as CloudFormation or Terraform, is required.
Experience in Automation Testing is expected.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
Candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced agile team.
Additional experience with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda (written in TypeScript) is preferred.
Knowledge of DynamoDB Single Table Design, SSO, OIDC, and architecting systems that isolate data between users is a plus.
Experience with Microservices, API Gateway, Test-Driven Development, and modern authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC) is beneficial.
Interest and experience with generative AI LLMs and Image Diffusion models is a plus.
