The company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join their team and help revolutionize the RTS genre.
As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance player experiences, optimize game performance, and drive strategic decision-making for the game.
Responsibilities include collaborating closely with game designers, product managers, and developers to identify key questions, define success metrics, and design experiments to test hypotheses.
You will estimate the financial performance of features and games as a whole.
The role involves developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor game KPIs, track player engagement, and identify opportunities for optimization.
You will support the current analytical stack, including Looker and BigQuery, investigate data losses, and provide fixes.
Additionally, you will develop hypotheses based on data insights and create A/B test plans.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-5 years of proven experience as a data analyst in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of player behavior, game mechanics, and in-game economies.
A strong knowledge of data infrastructure solutions such as Looker and BigQuery is required.
Strong English language skills are necessary for this position.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
Candidates should be self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for gaming and a desire to innovate and push the boundaries of analytics in the gaming industry.
