Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics is required.
• A BA/BS degree in a quantitatively focused discipline is necessary; a Masters or PhD is a plus.
• Candidates must have experience writing advanced SQL queries and possess advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience in building data visualizations using BI tools like Looker is essential.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills are required for effective client-facing data presentations.
• An analytical, rigorous, and creative approach to problem-solving is necessary.
• Experience with data modeling concepts, DBT, Git, predictive analysis, and statistical methods is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python or R and prior experience in the insurance industry is also advantageous.
