Description:

  • We are hiring a Lead Data Analyst to drive insights and support key teams across our organization.
  • You will join our growing Data Analytics team, supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Your role will involve harnessing data from sales processes, third-party tools, and product usage to meet our ambitious growth objectives.
  • You will use SQL, advanced analytics techniques, and dashboard tools to provide actionable insights across the business.
  • Collaboration with Business Operations and other stakeholders will be essential to align our analytics roadmap with strategic goals.
  • Opportunities to manage and mentor team members will also be available.
  • Candidates are preferred to live near our offices in Lincoln, Nebraska, or Lexington, Kentucky, but remote candidates from Austin, Dallas, Phoenix, Kansas City, or Chicago are also welcome.

Requirements:

  • You must have 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis with a strong command of SQL and Tableau.
  • Relevant industry experience in a B2B SaaS technology company that provides usage data is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills are necessary to break down complex concepts for various audiences.
  • A curious mindset is essential, with a passion for solving data challenges and eagerness to learn.
  • You should demonstrate accountability by consistently meeting or exceeding goals and owning your contributions.
  • Leadership skills are important, as you will be fostering the growth of your teammates and direct reports.
  • Nice-to-haves include a genuine interest in people development, confidence in engaging with stakeholders, a growth mindset, and expertise in product analytics.
