The Lead Data Analyst will join the analytics team of a high-growth Population Health and Analytics software company, reporting to the Director of Customer Insights.
This role involves creating high-value analytics for Arcadia’s customers and requires a passion for data analysis and improving healthcare delivery.
In the first three months, the candidate will gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model and reporting tools, delivering analytics that demonstrate customer value.
By six months, the candidate should establish themselves as a subject matter expert and lead initiatives to refine analytics processes.
After twelve months, the candidate will manage multiple customer projects and identify opportunities to enhance Arcadia’s product.
Responsibilities include leading complex analytics requests, creating custom tables in AWS Redshift, supporting BI developers, presenting findings to stakeholders, and collaborating with various teams.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of healthcare analytics experience.
Advanced SQL skills and robust data modeling capabilities are required.
Familiarity with medical economics, risk algorithms, and quality data is essential.
The ability to engage with clients on value-based goals and translate them into actionable deliverables is necessary.
Experience analyzing claims and EMR data is required.
Candidates should possess a detail-oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting Python code is required.
