Description:
The Lead Data Analyst will analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
They will interface with clients to manage data availability and reporting expectations.
The role involves consulting with business leaders to identify new reports or data needed for decision-making.
The Lead Data Analyst will simplify and standardize reports for organizational use.
They will interpret data and collaborate with stakeholders in P&C and the business.
Responsibilities include defining P&C analytics roadmap, conducting end-to-end testing, and performing advanced cost analyses and modeling.
Based on metrics, the Lead Data Analyst will make recommendations to improve organizational culture, attract and hire candidates, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and ensure legal compliance.
They will support data-driven implementation of new initiatives and identify ways to enhance Data Analytics tools, technologies, and methods.
Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience is required.
HS Diploma or GED is a minimum educational requirement.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in international HR and People Analytics, excellent communication skills, ability to analyze and interpret data effectively, attention to detail, creativity, solution-focused mindset, proactive approach, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
